Why We Built This Site
Arizona makes many court and law-enforcement records available, but locating the custodian is often the difficult part. The issuing court controls its warrant and any recall, while peace officers may serve it. The Clerk of the Superior Court keeps Superior Court files. Justice Court clerks keep their precinct cases, and each municipal clerk maintains that city's matters. YCSO receives and validates warrants from specified county courts, yet it does not disclose warrant information to the public by telephone. State DPS and Public Access searches are useful leads, not complete confirmation. We bring these distinctions, official contacts, search fields, and written-request procedures together so a reader can begin with the office that actually holds the record.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to an Arizona court, the Yuma County Sheriff's Office, or any government agency. Those limits mean:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Outside providers power search boxes that appear on some pages. They operate their own services, establish their own prices, and control their results. We may receive a referral payment if a visitor reaches a paid service through one of those tools, which helps support free access to this reference site. Partner results are not official Yuma County warrant confirmations, and we do not control their accuracy, charges, or data practices.
