Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name or birth date entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies its results. We do not retain or log those search terms on our systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
We retain an email message when needed to answer it. Messages remain within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our servers automatically receive basic technical and usage details when a page loads:
- The IP address assigned to your device
- Which browser you are using and its version
- Your device type and operating system
- The pages you visited and how long you stayed on each
- The site that sent you here, if any
- Timestamps for each page view
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files placed on a device to help measure site use, including popular pages and points where visits end. Analytics providers aggregate this traffic information. A browser can block cookies, although doing so may change how parts of the website function.
What We Do With This Data
- Keeping the site up, running, and loading quickly
- Sending your search requests to the right partner service
- Figuring out which pages people find useful and which need work
- Tracking down and fixing technical issues
- Showing ads that may line up with your interests
No Warrant Data on File
Yuma County Warrant Records does not host, maintain, compile, or sell a warrant database or personal warrant-record information. It provides general directions to the Superior Court Clerk, Justice and municipal court clerks, YCSO records channels, and Arizona state systems. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party dossiers.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Information submitted through a partner tool is governed by that company's privacy policy rather than this policy. Each partner decides its retention and disclosure practices, which we do not control. Review those terms before entering information.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to YCSO pages, court portals, Arizona systems, legal-aid resources, or commercial search services. Once a visitor leaves this website, the destination's privacy terms apply. Review them before providing personal information.
Some advertising providers may use cross-site activity to select ads. That processing occurs on the provider's systems.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal information. Data may be disclosed to:
- Search partners that handle queries you run on our site
- Analytics services we use to track traffic and performance
- Ad networks that place ads on our pages
- Law enforcement or government bodies when a valid legal order requires it
How We Protect Your Data
We use customary security measures to protect information in our control. No internet-connected system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or a breach will never occur.
Users Under 18
The website is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. If we learn that a minor provided information, we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Rights may vary according to the law that applies where a user lives. Arizona public-records law, including A.R.S. ยงยง 39-121 through 39-121.03, governs requests to public agencies and does not itself create privacy rights against this private website. Subject to applicable law, a user may:
- Ask for a copy of what we have on file about you
- Have us fix information that is wrong
- Request that we erase your data
- Opt out of certain kinds of data processing
Updates to This Policy
We may revise this policy. An updated version becomes available on this page together with a revised effective date.
